PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed food which allows a diabetic to ingest sugar without worrying about blood sugar elevation by suppressing blood sugar level, and to provide a solution for diabetic patients in Japan, the number of whom is said to be 15 million or more including potential diabetics and is increasing now, and who are, in reality, forced to undergo strict dietary restriction to try to reduce blood sugar to the utmost.SOLUTION: Provided is a sweet taste processed food obtained by mixing α-cyclodextrin (one of cyclic oligosaccharides) with a natural sweetener.
