PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an radiography device for correcting faults of a plane detector and a data transfer error with a simple configuration.
SOLUTION: In the radiography device having the plane detector 1, a transmitting part 2 for transmitting data read from the plane detector, a receiving part 3 for receiving the transmitted data, a transfer error detecting part 4 for determining whether there is a transfer error in the received data, and a fault correcting part 5 for correcting faults of the plane detector, when the transfer error detecting part 4 determines a transfer error, the fault correcting part 5 corrects data in which the transfer error occurs.
