The present invention relates to an automatic injecting device for a filler, wherein the automatic injecting device automatically injects a filler injection liquid into skin. More specifically, the automatic injecting device comprises: a body (10) having housings (12) formed in parallel in two or more positions, in which each of the housings (12) is formed by connecting a spatial part (12a) filled with a filler injection liquid (2) and an injection needle (12b) protruding to a lower side on the bottom thereof an automatic filler injecting means (30) including a piston (31) inserted in the top of the spatial part (12a) of each of the housings (12), and an operation spring (35) inserted in an axial part (32) at the top of the piston to make the piston (31) elastically descend and a locking means (40) for locking or unlocking an operation of the piston (31) caused by the operation spring of the automatic filler injecting means. When the body is closely placed on skin and a locking state of the piston is canceled by means of the locking means, the piston (31) is made to regularly elastically descend by means of the elasticity of the operation spring (35), and a filler injection liquid is automatically injected at a constant speed to a predetermined depth through the injection needle.
