The present invention relates to a cluster ionizer or an ion generator for a vehicle including an ion generating element generating a cation and an anion by using a high voltage. The cluster ionizer includes at least two unit cluster ionizers. The ion generating element generating the cation and the anion by applying an operating voltage to the inside of a housing in which a hollow type housing part, which is connected to the outside of the housing and is blocked from the inside of the housing, is formed a winding coil for generating the operating voltage applied to the ion generating element and a circuit board are mounted on each unit cluster ionizer. The winding coil is wound in the housing in which the hollow type housing part is formed, and a core of a ferrite material is inserted into and arranged on the hollow type housing part. The housing is filled with an insulation filler. The present invention completely prevents problems in which the core of the ferrite material is transformed or fractures due to sudden thermal expansion of the filler filled in the housing of the cluster ionizer as a thermal expansion coefficient is different. Two or more unit cluster ionizers are formed in one set.
