An intraocular implant (3) comprising two parts, a monofocal or multifocal optical central part (4), and a haptic peripheral part, and constituted by two extensions (50, 51) extending diametrically with respect to said optical part (4), for immobilizing the implant in the capsular bag by applying their end portions against the edges of said capsular bag on the inner side thereof.
