The object of the present invention is to provide a manually operated moving vehicle of superior functionality and operability, which, without the need of preparing separately a transferring device, enables a user to easily transfer between a bed and a toilet seat without changing the direction of body, and has a simple structure and is capable of being used by a single person without increasing any loading on the back or waist of the user and can be used for a long period of time, so that use can be conducted even by a spinal damaged person to significantly reduce the burden of the caregiver and the caretaker, and can replace a conventional wheelchair for movement and also can be tightly folded for storage or transport.
