To provide a walking assistance vehicle having a simple structure and having an upright assist function capable of smoothly shifting from assisting a standing motion to assisting a walking motion.SOLUTION: A walker 1 as a walking support vehicle has a frame 2 provided with a plurality of wheels at a lower portion and provided with a grasping portion 25 to be grasped by a user at a top during walking motion. Arm members 61 are provided on the outer sides of the left and right side frames 22 constituting the side portions of the frame 2, respectively. The upper end portions of the left and right arm members 61 are connected in parallel with the rotation axis L 1 of the arm member 61 and a connecting bar 62 for supporting both sides of the user from the lower side is provided. An end unit 7 that supports the lower end side of the arm member 61 so as to be rotatable around the rotation axis L 1 that faces the left and right direction of the frame 2 is provided at the front lower portion of the frame 2 at both the left and right ends.
