PURPOSE: A producing method of a duck pill and a duck meat and bone extract containing eriobotrya japonica and dendropanax morbifera is provided to remove the unique bad smell from duck meat. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a duck pill comprises the following steps: washing sulfur fed duck and regular duck with bedrock groundwater, and grinding the duck with garlic before boiling and roasting； washing and sterilize-drying eriobotrya japonica and dendropanax morbifera to obtain powder； mixing the duck, the eriobotrya japonica powder, the dendropanax morbifera powder, and turmeric powder； extruding the obtained dough into a thin and long shape； cutting the extruded dough into 8-12mm to obtain the pills； and drying the pills using warm air at 50-60 deg C.본 발명은 비파와 황칠이 함유된 오리환 및 오리육골즙의 제조방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 오리환 및 오리육골즙에 관한 것이다.
