The present invention relates to a device for guiding light for dental treatment which can prevent a shade region from being generated on a subject when the subject is photographed by guiding light, emitted by a flash of a camera, toward the subject. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device for guiding light for dental treatment includes: a light leakage prevention frame which has a penetrated window formed in a location of the flash of the camera to allow light, emitted from the flash, to pass, and is made of an opaque material to prevent light from leaking through an outline of the penetrated window； a light penetration member which is installed on the penetrated window, is formed as a transparent body to transmit the light of the flash, and has a plurality of penetrated joining holes； a light guiding member which is joined to the joining holes and transmits the light of the flash to a portion where a lens of the camera is located； and a fixation block which is joined to a hot shoe of the camera and fixates the light leakage prevention frame to the camera to make a portion of the penetrated window come in close contact with the flash and fixated. Therefore, the light guiding member can transmit a large amount of light to the subject as the light leakage prevention frame collects the light, emitted from the flash, into the penetrated window and prevents the light from leaking through the outline of the light penetration member.
