PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens cover that is less in flare, is easily manufactured, and is compact, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A lens cover 20 that covers both of an illumination optical system 15 that emits illumination light from an LED light source 12 and an observation optical system 7 that incorporates an optical image includes: a frame body in which a first window portion 21 for transmitting the illumination light and a second window portion 22 for incorporating the optical image are provided and a light shielding portion 23 that is arranged between the first window portion 21 and the second window portion 22 in the frame body.
