The method involves a phase (100) for recording the state of a tree, which includes a step (102) of placing the identification tag on the tree, a step (104) of reading the identification tag or entering tree identification code indicated on the identification tag, a step (106) of entering basic information about the tree, if there is a new tree and step (108) of entering information on the observed tree condition and planned activities of care and maintenance actions.
