The present invention relates to a method for cultivating termitomyces which inoculates a culture medium, prepared by including various components with specific contents, with termitomyces species, and thus not only promotes growth of hyphae of termitomyces, but provides the termitomyces species nutritive components similar to that of a termitarium, thereby facilitating artificial cultivation. The method for cultivating termitomyces comprises the following steps: (a) preparing a termitomyces culture medium (b) placing the termitomyces culture medium in a container, and sterilizing the same (c) inoculating the container with termitomyces species (d) culturing the termitomyces species (e) growing the cultured termitomyces and (f) harvesting the grown termitomyces.
