Cardboard-fabric traction collar for cervical spine contains a cardboard frame made with an account for the patients neck geometry in height. Frame is wrapped into several layers of a soft material, for example, batting, forming a product with cone narrowing ends, which is wrapped into at least one layer of wrapping hygienic material, forming a collar with free ends of wrapping material with the length, which makes it possible for the cone converging ends, during laying of the collar around the neck to be lie down over each other and be tied at the front part of the neck with the help of free ends of wrapping material.
