The invention relates to a medical device and a method for performing the esophago-esophageal anastomosis in extended esophageal atresia. According to the invention, the device comprises a metal frame () having a shape close to that of a half of a cylinder, sectioned along the longitudinal axis, comprising some straight sides (), parallel to one another, which are joined, at the ends, with some semi-circular segments () parallel to one another, the frame () having an opening () between the two sides () higher than the height () of the frame (), along the entire length of each of the two semi-circular segments () there being fastened a metal spring () having some spirals () placed so as to allow the withholding of a cord thread () of a 4.0 thickness. The claimed method consists in opening the surgical wound and mounting the metal frame () therein, the mechanical approaching of the two esophageal ends () being performed by four traction threads (), two threads for each of the esophageal ends (), said threads () being doubled, crossed and clamped on the muscular layer (), by means of four traction buttons (), clamping a free end of the thread () in the spring () of the metal frame (), introducing the thread () into the muscular layer () of the esophagus opposite end (), where the penetration of the thread () into the muscular layer () of each of the esophagus ends (), is performed under an angle () ranging between 45÷80°, then taking it outside the muscular layer () where it is passed through a traction button (), passing the thread () again through the traction button () and reintroducing the thread () through the muscular layer (), afterwards the second end of the thread () being clamped in the spring (), together with the other end thereof, said technique being identically performed for each of the four traction threads () and the two esophageal ends ().Invenţia se referă la un dispozitiv medical şi la o metodă pentru realizarea anastomozei eso-esofagiene în atrezi
