PURPOSE: A producing method of koji for red pepper paste with rice is provided to improve the viscosity of increase rice to the proper level for a continuous mass-production process. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of koji for red pepper paste with rice comprises the following steps: obtaining increase rice by crushing rice into the fineness of 4~12, and soaking the obtained rice powder into water； and breeding aspergillus inside the increased rice.본 발명은 쌀을 물에 침지하여 증자시켜 증자된 쌀을 얻는 증자 단계 및 상기 증자된 쌀에 종국균을 번식시키는 제국 단계를 포함하는 쌀 고추장용 코지의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 증자 단계가 4 ～ 12 분도의 도정률로 도정된 쌀을 물에 침지하여 증자시킴으로써 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쌀 고추장용 코지의 제조방법을 제공한다.
