The present invention relates to a composite for a marker for diagnosing hepatic fibrosis so as to effectively diagnose and predict hepatic in an early stage； to a composite and/or kit for diagnosing hepatic fibrosis； to a method of diagnosing hepatic fibrosis using the composite for the marker diagnosing hepatic fibrosis； and to a pharmaceutical composite for preventing or caring hepatic fibrosis. The present invention is predicted to be able to diagnose hepatic fibrosis and hepatoma. By adjusting the expression and activation of A-kinase anchor protein 12 (AKAP12) which is a marker, the present invention is predicted to be usefully employed in development of a chronic liver disease medicine.본 발명은 간섬유화를 조기에 효과적으로 진단 및 예측할 수 있는 간섬유화 진단 마커용 조성물, 간섬유화 진단용 조성물 및/또는 키트, 상기 간섬유화 진단 마커용 조성물을 이용한 간섬유화 진단 방법 및 간섬유화의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명으로 간섬유화 및 간암의 진단이 가능할 것으로 기대되며, 본 발명의 마커인 AKAP12의 발현 및 활성을 조절하여 만성 간질환 치료제 개발에 유용하게 사용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
