PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel disposable body warmer eliminating the need of a package bag (outer bag).SOLUTION: A laminated film continuously having a part equivalent to an air permeable surface 3 of a bag body, a part equivalent to an impermeable surface 5, and a part equivalent to a release sheet 4 is folded into a Z shape, parts between the part equivalent for the air permeable surface and the part equivalent to the impermeable surface at the circumferential edges of the laminated film folded into the Z shape are thermo-compressed excluding a filling space and a filling port of a heat producing material 1, and the three sides are joined with a hard-to-separate seal part 6 and an easy-to-separate seal part 9. After the heat producing material 1 is put in the filling space from the filling port, the filling port is thermo-compressed to form a flat-shaped bag body 2 with the heat producing material 1 sealed therein, and the release sheet 4 tightly covering the respective air permeable holes 7 of the bag body is peelably joined to the permeable surface 3 of the bag body.
