A flexible multi-chamber bag (10) is formed by welding on the periphery of two films resisting to delamination, comprises the laminated and non-laminated weld seams (4, 5, 6) in the peripheral weld seam (7) for separate storing of medical products in separate chambers (1, 2, 3), a hanging valve (11) and a system (9) of the medical port. At that one side end which is different from the upper and lower ends of the said weld seam (7) of the bag (10) comprises a number of non-welded discontinuities (12, 13, 14) in the form of a truncated cone between the said films. Each of the said discontinuities (12, 13, 14) is connected respectively to the different chambers (1, or 2, or 3), allowing the insertion of the corresponding filling tube (22, 23, 24) into each of the said discontinuities (12, 13, 14). The opening angle from the inner side of the weld seam to the outer side of the weld seam of the said discontinuities (12, 13, 14) in the form of a truncated cone is adjusted by welding and covers a solid angle of 15° to 60°.
