SOLUTION: A cylindrical connection part 21 provided in an isolator 2 (a sterile room) is covered with a cover 22 made of a flexible material (a), a front opening part 11a of an aseptic transport container 4 is attached to the connection part 21 (b). An inner bag 12 (a partition body) and the cover 22 of the aseptic transfer container 4 are drawn into an internal space S2 of the isolator 2 (c), the cover 22 and the inner bag 12 are welded in a polymerized state (d).
