The present invention relates to a technology which prevents red tide phenomenon generated due to the environmental contamination by using industrial enzymes. The technology of the present invention is a technology that uses phosphatase for hydrolyze hosphate and Nitro reductase to reduce nitrate for preserving the marine ecosystem and enhancing the economical effect.
