Disclosed is a manufacturing apparatus of puffed grain snacks using various grains for manufacturing the puffed grain snacks in uniform quality by varying the preset pressure by the kind of the grains. The manufacturing apparatus of the puffed grain snacks using various grains comprises the following: a grain supplying unit which periodically supplies the predetermined amount of grains； a lower pot which includes a grain receiving groove receiving the grains supplied from the grain supplying unit, and heats the grains by a heating source applied from the outside； an upper pot which is installed on the upper side of the lower pot, and includes a pressurizing protrusion capable of being inserted into the grain receiving groove of the lower pot； and a driving unit which moves the lower pot to upwards and downwards by being connected to the lower pot. The present invention is capable of being installed in various spaces by having relatively small limit in installation space, and producing the puffed grain snack in uniform size with a simple manipulation when the grains in various sizes are used.곡물의 종류에 따라 설정된 압력을 달리하여 균일한 품질의 뻥튀기 과자를 제조하는 다양한 곡물을 이용한 뻥튀기 과자의 제조장치가 개시된다. 이를 위하여 일정량의 곡물을 주기적으로 공급하는 곡물공급유닛과, 상기 곡물공급유닛을 통해 공급된 곡물을 상부에 수용하는 곡물수용홈이 형성되고 외부로부터 열원을 제공받아 수용된 곡물을 가열하는 하부솥과, 상기 하부솥의 상부에 이격되도록 설치되고, 하부솥의 곡물수용홈에 삽입 가능한 가압돌기가 형성되는 상부솥, 및 상기 하부솥에 연결되어 하부솥을 상하로 이동시키는 구동유닛을 포함하는 다양한 곡물을 이용한 뻥튀기 과자의 제조장치를 제공한다. 본 발명은 설치 공간의 제약을 비교적 적게 받으므로, 다양한 공간에 설치하여 사용할 수 있으며, 다양한 크기의 곡물을 사용하여도 간편한 조작을 통해 균일한 크기의 뻥튀기 과자를 제조할 수 있다.
