Disclosed is an external operating device provided on the rear of the body of a tractor to operate lifting of a work machine connected to a rear part of the tractor outside a cab. According to the present invention, the external operating device for operating lifting of the work machine comprises: a transmission shaft which is concentrically disposed inside a column tube to be free to rotate and transmits a lifting operation force of an operator to a lifting control element installed on the body； an arc-shaped ratchet wheel installed on an upper end of the transmission shaft exposed to the outside of an upper end of the column tube to rotate the transmission shaft； and a lever unit which receives the lifting operation force and has a pair of ratchet protrusions engaging with any one operating recess of the ratchet wheel in each direction of raising and lowering of the work machine. The lever unit can be rotated by the lifting operation force in a horizontal direction within a predetermined angle range with the column tube as a central axis thereof. When the lever unit is rotated in the horizontal direction by an operation, a ratchet protrusion positioned in the direction of the rotation engages with an operating recess at a corresponding position so that the lever unit and the transmission shaft are mechanically connected to interoperate mutually by the ratchet wheel positioned in the middle thereof.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020트랙터 후방에 연결되는 작업기를 운전석 바깥에서 승강 조작할 수 있도록 트랙터의 차체 후미에 구비되는 외부 조작 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 작업기 승강 조작용 외부 조작 장치는, 칼럼 튜브 내측에 회전 자유롭게 동심 배치되고 차체에 설치되는 승강 제어 요소에 작업자의 승강 조작력을 전달하는 전달축, 전달축을 회전시킬 수 있도록 칼럼 튜브 상단 외측으로 노출된 전달축의 상단에 설치되는 호형(弧形)의 래칫 휠(Ratchet wheel) 및 승강 조작력이 입력되고 작업기 상승과 하강 각 조작 방향에 대하여 래칫 휠의 어느 한 작동 요홈에 맞물리는 한 쌍의 래칫 돌기를 구비하는 레버 유닛 을 포함하되, 레버 유닛은 칼럼 튜브를 중심축으로 하여 정해진 각도 범위에서 승강 조작력에 의해 수평방향으로 회전 가능하며, 레버 유닛이 수평방향으로 회전 조작될 때, 회전하는 방향 쪽에 위치한 래칫 돌기가 대응되는 위치의 작동 요홈에 맞물려 레버 유닛과 전달축이 중간에 위치하는 래칫 휠을 매개로 상호 연동 가능하게 기구적으로 접속되는 것을 구성의 요지로 한다.
