Disclosed are a metal-ceramic dental prosthesis with enhanced binding based on a porous structure and a method of manufacturing the same. In the dental prosthesis comprising a metal support and an artificial crown of ceramic material, the metal support is manufactured in a porous structure having a plurality of holes, thus when ceramic powder is applied to the outer surface of the metal support, the binding surface area between the ceramic powder and the metal support is widened. Therefore, the binding between the artificial crown of the ceramic material and the metal support may be strengthened through a sintering process in which heat treatment is performed on the ceramic powder.다공성 구조에 기반한 결합력이 강화된 금속-세라믹 치과용 보철물 및 그의 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명은 금속지지체와 세라믹 소재의 인공 치관으로 구성된 치과용 보철물에 있어서, 상기 금속지지체를 복수의 홀들이 형성된 다공성 구조로 제조함으로써, 세라믹 파우더가 상기 금속지지체의 외부 표면에 도포될 때, 세라믹 파우더와 상기 금속지지체 간의 결합 표면적이 넓어지도록 하여 세라믹 파우더에 열처리가 수행되는 소결과정을 통해 상기 세라믹 소재의 인공 치관과 상기 금속지지체 간의 결합력이 강화되도록 할 수 있다.
