The present invention relates to a composition for attaching seasonings containing an alcohol extract. When a snack surface is sprayed with the composition for attaching seasonings containing an alcohol extract of a natural substance, the seasonings can be uniformly attached to the snack surface and an adhesive strength can be improved. In addition, since fat is not used, calories and oxidized fat of a snack can be reduced. On the other hand, when the snack surface is coated with the composition for attaching seasonings using an alcohol extract of the present invention, alcohol is rapidly evaporated after the seasonings are attached to the snack surface, thereby minimize a change in the physical properties of the snack.본 발명은 주정 추출물을 함유하는 시즈닝 접착용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 천연물질의 주정 추출물을 함유하는 시즈닝 접착용 조성물을 이용하여 스낵 표면을 분사 처리할 경우 스낵 표면에 시즈닝을 균일하게 부착시키고, 접착력을 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 지방의 비사용으로 스낵의 열량과 산화지방을 감소시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다. 또한, 스낵 표면에 물을 분사한 후 시즈닝을 코팅할 경우 스낵 표면에 코팅된 시즈닝은 일정 시간이 지나면 스낵 표면에서 분리되고, 팽화된 스낵의 표면이 용해와 건조가 반복됨에 따라 스낵의 물성이 감소하게 되는 단점이 있는 반면, 본 발명의 주정 추출물을 이용한 시즈닝 접착용 조성물을 이용하여 스낵 표면을 코팅할 경우에는 스낵의 표면에 시즈닝이 접착된 후 주정이 빠르게 증발하여 스낵의 물정 변화를 최소화할 수 있다.
