PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vaccine compositions and methods.SOLUTION: The invention relates to pharmaceutical vaccine compositions comprising living immune cells in combination with at least one vaccine antigen. These immune cells contains at least a portion of activated T-cells and act as adjuvants. Use of these pharmaceutical compositions for preventing or treating diseases such as cancer, infectious diseases and autoimmune diseases is also included. In one embodiment, pharmaceutical compositions are provided that comprise an adjuvant and one or more antigens.
