The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a meat roll-type corn dog, comprising the steps of: (a) preparing a rectangular molding container； (b) placing a bottom support plate in the molding container； (c) filling the inside of the molding container with meat slices； (d) placing an upper pressure plate on top of the meat slices； (e) molding the meat slices into a meat block； (f) mounting a pressure maintaining bar in the molding container； (g) separating a press-pushing tool from the upper pressure plate； (h) freezing the meat block； (i) separating the pressure maintaining bar from the rectangular molding container； (j) removing the meat block from the rectangular molding container； (k) manufacturing the meat block into a square meat slice； (l) arranging a stick material on top of the square meat slice； (m) preparing inner ingredients for a corn dog； (n) manufacturing a corn dog with a coat for a corn dog； and (o) frying and cooking the corn dog in edible oil. A corn dog prepared according to the present invention can be easily enjoyed while being carried and can provide various flavors.본 발명은, 들고다니면서 간편히 즐길 수 있다는 핫도그 특유의 장점에 더하여, 다양한 맛을 제공하고, 아울러 풍부한 영양원으로서 기능할 수 있는 육고기 말이식 핫도그의 제조 방법을 제공한다.
