PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat generating implement, giving a feeling of the warmth and a feeling of the cool at the same time without lowering users skin temperature.SOLUTION: In this heat generating implement 1, a heat generating part including oxidized metal, a reaction accelerator, electrolyte and water is stored in a storing body. A cool feeling agent which gives a feeling of the cool to the skin and a dissolving agent for dissolving it are included in the heat generating part. The cool feeling agent is preferably made of 1-menthol or dl-menthol or its derivative.
