PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for delivering radiation to a rear side of an eyeball with low invasiveness.SOLUTION: There are provided the method and device for delivering radiation to a rear side of an eyeball with low invasiveness, comprising a cannula comprising a distal portion 110 connected to a proximal portion 120, and means for moving a radioactive nuclide small radiation source radiation therapy source (radionuclide brachy therapy source:RBS) to a direction of a tip end part 200 of the distal portion.
