To provide a vital information collecting system which is capable of determining an improper fitting state.SOLUTION: A vital information collecting system includes: a vital measurement terminal which is wearable and capable of measuring vital information containing at least skin body temperature of a wearer； an environmental thermometer which measures ambient temperature of an installation place； and a management device which is constituted to be communicable with the vital measurement terminal and the environmental thermometer, and collects the vital information measured by the vital measurement terminal. The vital measurement terminal includes a skin thermometer which measures skin body temperature of a wearer, and defines a state in which the skin thermometer is closely attached to a measured site of the wearer as a normal fitting state. The management device is provided with a fitting abnormality detector which detects abnormality of a fitting state of the vital measurement terminal, on the basis of the skin body temperature measured by the vital measurement terminal and the environmental temperature measured by the environmental thermometer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】不適切な装着状態を判別可能なバイタル情報収集システムを提供する。【解決手段】バイタル情報収集システムは、少なくとも装着者の皮膚体温を含むバイタル情報を測定可能なウェアラブルのバイタル測定端末と、設置箇所の周囲の温度を測定する環境温度計と、バイタル測定端末及び環境温度計と通信可能に構成され、バイタル測定端末にて測定したバイタル情報を収集する管理装置とを備える。バイタル測定端末は、装着者の皮膚体温を測定する皮膚温度計を備え、当該皮膚温度計が装着者の被測定部位に密着した状態を正常装着状態とし、管理装置は、バイタル測定端末にて測定した皮膚体温と環境温度計にて測定した環境温度とに基づき、バイタル測定端末の装着状態の異常を検知する装着異常検知部を備える。【選択図】図１
