PURPOSE: A body temperature management system and method are provided to introduce error prevention processing and secure processing methods in a data transmission process by collecting information about body temperature.CONSTITUTION: A body temperature management system(10) comprises a body temperature detecting apparatus(100) and an alarm terminal(200). The alarm terminal communicates with the body temperature detecting apparatus. The body temperature management system senses body temperature by attaching the body temperature detecting apparatus to a specific site of infants. The body temperature detecting apparatus transfers the body temperature which is sensed to the alarm terminal.
