PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article having excellent absorption performance such as absorption / diffusion ability and having a good wearing feeling even if it is thin and lightweight. An absorbent article 1 of the present invention includes a liquid-permeable top sheet 10, a liquid-impermeable back sheet 20, and an absorber 30 provided between the top sheet 10 and the back sheet 20. The top sheet 10 is a three-dimensional top sheet formed in a convex shape toward the skin contact surface side, and has substantially the same size as the absorber 30 or between the top sheet 10 and the absorber 30. The perforated film 50 having a slightly smaller area is provided, and the perforated diameter of the perforated film 50 is formed larger on the top sheet 10 side than on the absorber 30 side, and the perforated film 50 is the three-dimensional top sheet 10.
