PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product which can be easily picked and eaten and which is characteristic in appearance and taste by efficiently and stably mass-producing spherical chocolate confectionery having fine baked confectionery attached to its periphery.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a spherical chocolate confectionery product comprising edible materials combined on its inside and outside includes a process for shaping a chocolate containing edible materials into a spherical shape, a process for causing at least one kind of edible material to adhere to the surface of the spherical chocolate shaped, a process for applying chocolate to the surface of the spherical chocolate with the edible materials, and producing a spherical chocolate containing a coating chocolate, and a process for causing the edible materials to adhere to the surface of the spherical chocolate containing the coating chocolate.
