PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemotactic cell capture implement, the pressure loss thereof is small even when a treatment object fluid such as a blood and a culture medium is circulated, capable of easily treating the treatment object fluid without any use of a conventional, strong and large pump, or by just using a small pump such as a portable one and separating, condensing or removing the chemotactic cell.SOLUTION: A chemotactic cell capture implement 10 includes a container 2, and a chemotactic cell capture unit 4 disposed in the container 2 and having asperities on the surface thereof. At least one end of the chemotactic cell capture unit 4 is fixed to the inside of the container 2.
