The present invention relates to a simulation system and method for dental patient consultation. The shape of teeth, shape correction, and complex functions are added to provide a 3D program that enables overall consultation including the selection of prostheses. When a patient with damaged teeth visits the dentist, a comprehensive dental solution system that can provide stable service is used. The front picture of the patient and a picture wearing an opener are taken with a program for the virtual image of the patient. And then, the tooth part of the patient is extracted from the opener picture of the program to correct and store the damaged tooth image. The tooth part of the patient is extracted from the front picture. It is replaced with a corrected tooth image to show an appearance after the virtual tooth treatment. The simulation system includes an electronic chart of a PC； a mobile electronic chart； a virtual image simulation program； a 3D model viewer program； and a server.본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래 기술의 제반 단점과 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 치아의 모양 및 SHADE 수정 기능 및 복합기능을 추가하여 보철물 종류 선택 등 전반적인 상담이 가능한 3D 프로그램을 제공하고, 상담 내용의 Interactive한 OUT PUT 지원 솔루션과, 서버를 구축하여 안정적인 서비스가 가능한 종합 덴탈 솔루션 시스템을 통해 치아가 손상된 환자가 치과에 방문 시 치아 치료 후 환자의 이미지를 가상으로 프로그램으로서 환자의 정면사진, 개구기를 착용한 사진을 촬영 한 뒤 프로그램의 개구기 사진에서 환자의 치아부분을 추출 하여 손상된 치아를 이미지 보정하여 저장한 뒤 정면사진에서 환자의 치아부분을 추출하고 보정한 치아이미지로 대체 하여 가상의 치아 치료 후 모습을 보여줄 수 있는 치과환자 상담용 시뮬레이션 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
