PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrapping which impregnates natural hinokitiol by using only safe water without using alcohols which may affect to fresh food and to provide a production method of the same.SOLUTION: The wrapping for maintaining food freshness is produced by following steps of: creating mixture 1 by including hinokitiol of at least 500 ppm in the water pouring the mixture 1 into a pressure vessel 2 and stirring by a stirrer 3 heating the mixture 1 by a heating device 4 until its temperature reaches to 70°C in degrees centigrade from room temperature releasing heat of the mixture 1 until its temperature reaches to room temperature while maintaining stirring state pressurizing the mixture 1 and spraying to a roll-like unwoven fabric 6(or paper)by using a spraying device 5 so as to impregnate and drying.
