The present invention relates to a hot pack capable of maintaining aroma and a method for manufacturing the same. The portable hot pack includes: a heat generating agent made of at least one moisture absorbent selected from iron, salt, water, activated carbon, and vermiculite or sawdust a breathable nonwoven fabric containing the heat generating agent to prevent the heat generating agent from leaking and an external packaging material capable of blocking external air by covering the breathable nonwoven fabric containing the heat generating agent. The hot pack capable of maintaining aroma additionally includes: (a) aroma activated carbon formed by making pores of the activated carbon adsorb aroma capsules and (b) an aroma moisture absorbent manufactured by impregnating the moisture absorbent, made of vermiculite or sawdust, with an aroma solution consisting of alcohol, essence aroma oil, and water.
