PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fixing means of an endoscope, even when the endoscope is inserted into a body cavity, capable of easily attaching/detaching the endoscope with respect to an endoscope holder.SOLUTION: There is provided fixing means for fixing an endoscope that includes an insertion section to be inserted into a body cavity and an endoscope body attached to one end of the insertion section, where a surgical part in the body cavity can be observed by using the endoscope, the fixing means including: a holder body attached to a fixing base placed on a floor and rotatably holding the endoscope body.
