PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter capable of improving push-in-property while having high safety property.SOLUTION: The catheter comprises: a catheter body 20； a cylindrical member 30 arranged so as to cover the distal end of the catheter body 20； and an elastic member 40 interconnecting the catheter body 20 and the cylindrical member 30. The elastic member 40 has a distal end and a proximal end, one of which is fixed to the catheter body 20 and the other of which is fixed to the cylindrical member 30.
