The present invention discloses a measuring and guiding device for reconstruction surgery. The measuring and guiding device includes: a pair of rotary arms, a connector, and a pair of fixators. Each rotary arm includes: a first shaft, a first joint body and a second joint body. The pair of rotary arms is jointed together by penetrating each first joint body using the connector.
