PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural and horticultural pole capable of reliably preventing a slip-down when the pole becomes a catch for the stalks and bines of plants or when preventing a slip-down of a binding material used when binding the stalks of plants.SOLUTION: An agricultural and horticultural pole is provided, where synthetic resin layer is coated on an outside surface of a rod-like body, many projections 3 being formed in a line on the outside surface of the synthetic resin layer along the longer direction at intervals, and the projections formed in a line are arranged on the outside surface of the synthetic resin layer in the circumferential direction in multiple numbers. The projection is formed in a wedge shape with a highest height at one end in the longer direction and the height is becoming lower as it extends toward the other end in the longer direction. In addition, the projection is formed in a frustum of pyramid shape of which one end face in the longer direction is vertical with respect to the outside surface of the synthetic resin layer, and the other end face in the longer direction is inclined with respect to the outside surface of the synthetic resin layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】植物の茎や蔓などの引っ掛かりとなったり、植物の茎を結着する際に用いる結着材のずり落ちを防止したりする際などにおいて、ずり落ちを確実に防止することができる農園芸用支柱を提供する。【解決手段】棒状体の外側面に合成樹脂層が被覆され、合成樹脂層の外側面に長手方向に沿って間隔を置いて多数の突起3が列状に形成されると共に、列状に形成された突起は合成樹脂層の外側面の周方向に複数設けられている農園芸用支柱であって、突起は長手方向の一端で高さが最も高く、長手方向の他端に向かうにしたがって高さが低くなる楔形状とし、さらに突起を、長手方向の一端面が合成樹脂層の外側面に対して垂直で、長手方向の他端面が合成樹脂層の外側面に対して傾斜した角錘台形状とする。【選択図】図1
