The present invention provides a tree trunk injection agent whereby pathogenic fungi and/or pests in trees can be effectively controlled merely by a short-time application in a low chemical dose, and a method for controlling tree diseases using the tree trunk injection agent. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the tree trunk injection agent is obtained by adding, to an aqueous solution of an insecticidal component such as acetamiprid, a hardly soluble fungicidal component such as thiophanate-methyl so as to suspend the hardly soluble fungicidal component, wherein a particle size based on 50% volume of the fungicidal component is 4 µm or less, or adding thereto at least one fungicidal component selected from a group consisting of triflumizole and metconazole.본 발명에 의해, 수목 중의 병원균 및/또는 해충을, 단시간의 작업으로 저약량으로도 유효하게 방제할 수 있는 수간 주입제, 및 수간 주입제를 사용한 수목 병해 방지 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 어느 양태에서는, 아세타미프리드 등의 살충 성분의 수용액에, 티오파네이트메틸 등의 난용성 살균 성분을 첨가하여, 그 난용성 살균 성분을 체적 기준 50 ％ 입경 4 ㎛ 이하의 크기로 현탁하거나, 또는 트리플루미졸 및 메트코나졸로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 개의 살균 성분을 첨가하여 수간 주입제를 얻는다.
