PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dialysis agent which contains at least one of magnesium chloride and calcium chloride as an electrolyte composition, each of the contained components of which is charged in a vessel as a single solid component, which is suppressed in solidification and coagulation of medicinal substance in the vessel, and which is prevented from degradation of glucose even when containing the glucose as a carbohydrate component.SOLUTION: The dialysis agent includes an electrolyte composition which contains at least one of magnesium chloride and calcium chloride, satisfies at least either of the situation that the calcium chloride has a moist content of 22% or less, or the situation that the magnesium chloride has a moist content of 51% or less, or satisfies at least either of the situation that the calcium chloride has a drying capacity of 215% or more under the condition of relative humidity of 50%RH and temperature at 25°C, or the situation that the magnesium chloride has a drying capacity of 157% or more under the condition of relative humidity of 50%RH and the temperature at 25°C: wherein each of the contained components is charged in a vessel as a single solid component.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】電解質成分として塩化マグネシウムおよび塩化カルシウムのうち少なくとも1つを含み、各含有成分が単一の固体成分として容器に充填された透析用剤において、容器内での薬剤の固結、凝集が抑制され、また糖質成分としてブドウ糖を含む場合でもブドウ糖の分解が防止される透析用剤を提供する。【解決手段】塩化マグネシウムおよび塩化カルシウムのうち少なくとも1つを含む電解質成分を含有し、塩化カルシウムの水分含有率が22%以下、もしくは、塩化マグネシウムの水分含有率が51%以下の少なくとも一方を満たし、または、塩化カルシウムの50%RH、25℃における乾燥容量が215%以上、もしくは、塩化マグネシウムの50%RH、25℃における乾燥容量が157%以上の少なくとも一方を満たし、各含有成分が単一の固体成分として容器に充填されている透析用剤である。【選択図】なし
