PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve member for needleless connectors having excellent opening/closing endurance as the valve, and a needleless connector.SOLUTION: A valve member 5A for needleless connectors includes a flat-plate or cylindrical silicone rubber substrate, and a thermoplastic polyurethane sheet laid on the silicone rubber substrate, and has a slit 8 penetrating in the thickness direction.
