To provide a large intestine diverticulum ligation instrument and a large intestine diverticulum ligation system that can be used for ligation of a large intestine diverticulum.SOLUTION: A large intestine diverticulum ligation instrument comprises: a cylinder part 10； an elastic O ring 20 used for ligation； a holding part for holding the O ring 20 at a predetermined position of the cylinder part 10 in an axis direction: and a moving mechanism for moving the O ring 20. The cylinder part 10 is connected to an air suction tool via a channel of an endoscope 2 so that a large intestine diverticulum 4 can be sucked so as to be in an inverted state.
