The present invention relates to a polypeptide comprising a human antibody Fc domain, an Fc-fusion protein comprising the same, and a use thereof. More specifically, in the present invention, a polypeptide, which is a vaccine delivery platform applicable to all vaccine development studies, and an Fc fusion protein, which is designed in a molecular engineering manner based on the same, can be used for vaccine development against a variety of diseases by increasing efficiency of an intended vaccine as the affinity and binding capacity for a low-affinity antibody receptor are enhanced.본 발명은 인간 항체 Fc 도메인을 포함하는 폴리펩타이드, 이를 포함하는 Fc-융합 단백질 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 본 발명은 모든 백신개발 연구에 적용 가능한 백신전달 플랫폼인 폴리펩타이드, 이를 기반으로 분자공학적으로 설계된 Fc 융합 단백질은 저친화성 항체수용체에 대한 친화력 및 결합력이 강화됨에 따라 의도된 백신의 효율을 증가시킴으로써, 다양한 질환에 대한 백신 개발 용도로 사용될 수 있다.
