PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric reclining seat suppressing the occurrence of inconvenience for a user when reclining the seat.SOLUTION: A seat back 12 of this electric reclining seat 10 is attached slidably along a seat back frame 23. This electric reclining seat 10 is provided with a seat back reclining actuation motor 67 for performing a reclining movement, a seat back slide actuation motor 62 for actuating the seat back 12 to slide, a seat back reclining angle detecting sensor 63 detecting the reclining angle, a seat back sliding amount detecting sensor 64 detecting the amount of sliding, and a control unit 66.
