PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve technical problem in obtaining guide wire having both of: easiness in folding for quick reaching to entrance part of vascular lesion site by intensionally bending tip end part of guide wire to deform into U-shape as a prevention means for undesired entrance into side branch other than the lesion site and excellent passing ability at the vascular lesion site.SOLUTION: There is provided a guide wire in which core-wire tip end part comprises fine diameter tip and first head cone from tip end to rear end, twist angle of the fine diameter tip is larger than twist angle of the first head cone so that easiness in folding of the tip end part is enhanced, rotational transmission property to the tip side and the like are provided as structure comprising first head cone whose diameter is gradually enlarged from tip end to rear end so as to quickly reach vascular lesion site and excellent passing ability at the vascular lesion site is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】病変部以外の側枝への迷入等の防止手段として、ガイドワイヤの先端部を意図的にU字形状に屈曲変形させて血管病変部入口部へ迅速に到達させる為の易屈曲性と、血管病変部での高い通過性との双方を兼備したガイドワイヤを得る為の技術課題が存在する。【解決手段】芯線先端部が、先端から後端へ先端細径体と第1截頭円錐体を有し、先端細径体のねじり角が第1截頭円錐体のねじり角よりも大きくして先端部の易屈曲性を高め、かつ、先端から後端へ徐変拡径する第1截頭円錐体を有する構造として先端側への高い回転伝達性等を備え、血管病変部へ迅速に到達させると共に、血管病変部での高い通過性を備えたガイドワイヤの提供ができる。【選択図】図9
