Die Erfindung betrifft einen Suprastrukturträger und ein Verfahren zu seiner Herstellung als Teil eines prothetischen Zahnersatzes zwischen einem Implantatkörper und einer Suprakonstruktion, wobei auf oder am Suprastrukturträger eine künstliche Krone oder ein Verbund aus einem Klebekörper und einer Krone angeordnet ist. Der Suprastrukturträger weist in dem klebekörper- und/oder kronentragenden Bereich zumindest bereichsweise eine erste Struktur auf. Zudem ist am Suprastrukturträger in dem dem Implantatkörper zugewandten Bereich eine zweite Struktur angeordnet. Ferner wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Suprastrukturträgers vorgeschlagen, mit dem der Suprastrukturträger als Teil eines prothetischen Zahnersatzes wirtschaftlich zu fertigen ist. Mit der vorliegenden Erfindung wird ein Suprastrukturträger und dessen Herstellungsverfahren für den prothetischen Zahnersatz so verbessert, dass bei effektiver Fertigung zum einen ein sicheres Tragen der Suprastruktur und zum anderen ein sicheres Anhaften des Zahnersatzes am Zahnfleisch gewährleistet ist.The invention relates to a superstructure support and a method for producing same as part of a dental prosthesis between an implant body and a superstructure.
