PURPOSE: A method for producing Taegeuk ginseng with enhanced ginsenoside Rg2, Rg3, and Rh1 content is provided to completely infiltrate an organic acid by simply dipping and heating and to enhance the saponin content. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing Taegeuk ginseng with enhanced ginsenoside Rg2, Rg3, and Rh1 content comprises: a step of drying ginseng and preparing dried ginseng or half-dried ginseng； a step of dipping and heating the dried ginseng or half-dried ginseng in an acid solution； and a step of drying the heated ginseng. The acid solution is an organic acid including lactic acid, oxalic acid, malic acid, citric acid, ascorbic acid, or an acetic acid.본 발명은 진세노사이드 Rg2, Rg3 및 Rh1의 함량이 증가된 태극삼 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 수분함량 30% 미만의 건삼 또는 반건삼을 산 용액에 침지하여 진세노사이드 Rg2, Rg3 및 Rh1의 함량을 증가시킨 태극삼에 관한 것이다.
