This invention relates to a moulding container for tissue engineering scaffolds. It comprises a pouch made of a soft material and having an opening with a seal member and at least one operation window on the bottom thereof, wherein the seal member is sealed if no external force is applied thereon a U-shaped frame embedded in the periphery of the pouch and having both ends respectively connected to an adjustable hook protruding from the opening of the pouch and an inner support tube accommodated within and on the bottom of the pouch and selectively provided with a moulding receiving area for manufacturing tissue engineering scaffolds, wherein the length of the inner support tube is greater than that of the moulding receiving area.
